And then, there are the deeper personal struggles we carry—whether it’s emotional pain, a major life transition, grief, or other challenges. The weight of these experiences, alongside the tensions of today’s world, can feel overwhelming, and it’s important to acknowledge how difficult it is to hold so much at once.
But here’s the thing: We don’t have to carry it all alone. Therapy can be an act of self-compassion—giving ourselves the support we need. Together, we can build self-awareness, tap into our strengths, and find tools to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, intention, kindness, and resilience. As an independently licensed therapist, I help people navigate the messy, beautiful, and sometimes really hard work of healing and wholeness. I believe in the potential we all have to reconnect with our own goodness, to build meaningful relationships, and to create lives that align with our values and strengths.
My approach is grounded in regarding the whole person—their stories, strengths, and struggles—within the systems that shape their lives. Using evidence-based practices, my goal is to support individuals in their personal therapy goals, always with an eye toward meaningful change that truly reflects their authenticity.
With experience spanning individual, family, and group therapy, I bring both a wide lens and focused expertise to this work. My commitment is to show up with compassion, walk with folks through the hard stuff, and offer support to step into greater well-being—with kindness and self-compassion leading the way.

This approach to mental health provides a supportive framework for self-awareness, reconnecting with ourselves and our lives on a deeper level, and healing by embracing our full humanity.
